Best villains in Video Games

Who do you think are the best villains in video gaming?
(Try to put it on a spoiler if it's a spoiler.)

I liked Eggman and Wily, they are both mad scientists. Also Tom Nook is a scary villain who forces villagers to pay money.

Yeah I was going to say Tom Nook. I guess you beat me to it Nessness. XD

Other than Tom Nook, I thought Vaati was a really cool villain in a couple of the Zelda games.

Bowser Ganondorf and King Dedede are good since they have left big marks. I also really like Hades, Medusa, the bosses in the Mario RPG games and the Viking leader.

Let's see.. The best villains are as follows: Sephiroth from FFVII, Kefka from FFVI, Luca Blight from Suikoden II, Smithy from Super Mario RPG &tLotSS, Fawful from the Mario & Luigi RPG series, Tortemeir from the Animal Crossing City Folk game cause he makes you choose a turtle as your favorite animal & gripes at you if you choose anything else! xp Umm.. Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger), Fate/ Lynx/ Harle (Chrono Cross), Team Flare's leader in Pokemon X & Y, Jecht from FFX, & Ganondorf.

I have my reasons for not counting Bowser. xp

^ Oh yeah, can't forget about Fawful lol. He's probably my number 1 favorite villain.

I completely forgot to add Shadar & the Specters of the Zodiarch from Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch (PS3 title).

Also!... I'm always glad to be the reminder of Fawful. ;3 ^^V

Oh my, I forgot about Fawful too. He is definitely in my favorites. I especially loved his quotes like "I have Chortles!".

My favorites include Kefka Palazzo (FFVI), Fawful, Ripto (Spyro 2), and who can forget that lovable Great Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day?

I also forgot to add Kaos for the Skylanders series. He's the best villain ever. He's hilarious & seems almost as if he's more unstable/insane then really sanely evil. I just love him as a villain & his being voiced by the actor who's also portrayed Zim from Invader Zim (Richard Horvitz) makes this villain even more hilarious & enjoyable impo.

Didn't Richard Horvitz also play Billy in The Grim Adventures? I think he's one of the best voice actors. Of course, you can't have a villain without a distinct personality!

Ganondorf in The Wind Waker, Vaati in The Minish Cap, Agahnim from A Link to the Past, Hades from Kid Icarus: Uprising, Magus from Chrono Trigger, Liquid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, Alvis from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, Zephiel from Binding Blade, Lyon from The Sacred Stones, Ashnard from Path of Radiance, the Black Knight in Path of Radiance, King Dedede and Meta Knight (I consider him a villain) from the Kirby games and the Didact from Halo 4.
