Splatoon Sells Out in Japan

Well it seems Splatoon is a huge hit in Japan, as Nintendo has confirmed it's sold out everywhere in Japan. They apologize for the sell-out and are hoping to get more copies to Japan by next week. Source

While it sucks some people have to wait for Splatoon for a whole week, this is great news for sales! This means it's probably already sold around 200k copies in Japan alone! Splatoon is obviously a pretty huge success. :3

What a flop is what most of the members there are saying and It seems more of an issue of not stocking the game in Japan since they thought it had no market down there.

^ Yep, and I think they're being sarcastic about it being a flop, because a lot of people said it would be just a few weeks ago. Splatoon had a lot of potential though and it's doing really well. (and will continue to do so)
