Splatoon Rip-Off "Squid Wars" Available as Disney Infinity DLC

Disney just announced a DLC game for Disney Infinity 3.0 titled Squid Wars. Here's the description:

Grab your ink gun and paint your turf as quickly as you can! Ambush the competition's turf with your color ink to call yourself the squidiest kid on the block!

It's one thing to take a somewhat similar concept, but this is a VERY blatant rip-off of Splatoon. Nintendo better take action...

That's so stupid Disney, using the word "turf" and "ink" and using the words squid and kid in the same sentence.
Sue them Nintendo, or severe your relations.

^ What's worse is the game literally takes place on Arowana Mall.

Also it looks HORRIBLE in EVERY respect. I mean if you're going to make a rip-off you should at LEAST make it somewhat decent. (even if it'd be a stupid decision either way)
