Pikmin 3

I need this game now. That flying Pikmin is awesome, but it looks really creepy...

Iwata talked about the story of Pikmin 3.



This was the best game shown in the Nintendo Direct for me.

Not only was the story mentioned, but so too was multiplayer wifi which a lot of people I'm sure will look forwards to. ^^

^ YES, definitely will enjoy that. The Pikmin 2 multiplayer seemed very interesting, I hope this is the same way since I don't have Pikmin 2. (plus it will be online :3)

Don't care much for the story, but I never really pay much attention to it in games much, so well, it's fine for me.

This trailer just showed everything Iwata talked about in the May Nintendo Direct for the most part.

At least they showed something. Everything looks realistic in this game, which is kinda weird. All the fruits look like the actual fruits, and the snow looks real.

It does.
This is a game I'm definitely getting.

Is the first video multiplayer, or just single player? Hard to tell with the multiple leaders. But it definitely looks cool.

I'm starting to think that there is a possibility that Olimar could possibly saved in the end.

Huh...thought they actually announced that you would be saving Olimar in this. Maybe I'm just remembering incorrectly, but I certainly remember a discussion had on here about Olimar being saved at the end at least, if it wasn't confirmed. If not, I definitely think that will happen as well.

I think that was just a conversation a few of us had.
A Pikmin game without Olimar just really isn't a Pikmin game.
It's like a Mario game without Mario.

Well it's not like having a Pikmin game without Pikmin. There's only really been 2 other Pikmin games, so you can't really say that. If Olimar isn't in this I wouldn't be surprised, but I expect you to be able to unlock him at some point. Or at least have him in the game.
