I just beat the Wii version of Pikmin, which controls much better than the GCN version, I loved playing it with Wiinote/Nunchuck.

Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War - It's one of the best games I've ever played, possibly the best Fire Emblem game (although Path of Radiance is my favourite), one of my favourite SNES games, and one of the games I'll enjoy replaying one day. Even though I couldn't watch the ending.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe [3DS]
Mario Kart 8 [Wii U]
Wario Land 2 [GB]
Advance Wars [GBA] (not 100% but pretty much beat the game :p)
Hyrule Warriors [Wii U] (again not 100%, but I beat the Legend Mode and most of Adventure)
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse [3DS]
Super Smash Bros. [3DS] (all characters and stages, not sure how you can 'beat' Smash Bros...)
I've also beaten other games that I was replaying, but I won't count those.

Hyrule Warriors Wii U: I beat Legend Mode. though there's still the other modes and the DLC so I can't really beat the whole game until next year.
