1) Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy VI, Pokemon Firered, Metroid Zero Mission, Zelda Minish Cap.
2) Zelda Minish Cap is my favorite. It gives you a system that you can alter size, which made the game very interesting. Kinstone fusions were pretty cool, too. The only drawback is that is is too short.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards, Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004, & Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Duel Academy.
My favorite is: Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction as it's the first YuGiOh game where you get to play as a character you get to name yourself & explore the YuGiOh world & come across duelists in order to challenge them as you explore this world. Usually YuGiOh games have a tier system in which you choose a face & duel some one that way. This game is the first one [I played] where this doesn't occur.

Lufia: The Ruins of Lore, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Metroid: Zero Mission, Pokemon Emerald & one more (just encase the Zelda title doesn't count since Winterness mentioned it) Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
My favorite one is Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga. It's the second RPG game I played; yet It's the first game in the Mario & Luigi RPG series & my favorite of the GBA age. The game takes place in the Beanbean Kingdom, where the Mario Bros. are chasing down the villains Cackletta & *Fawful (*who's my favorite villain btw) to retrieve Princess Peach's voice.

1. Fire Emblem, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Pokémon Sapphire, Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, and Metroid Fusion. I tried to only name games that nobody else had previously, it's not difficult considering there are so many GBA games.

2. My favorite is Fire Emblem, a strategy/tactical RPG where you try to clear enemies on a map or defeat a boss in order to win a battle. Each character has their own weapons and such, to defeat enemies.

1. Pokemon Emerald, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mega Man and Bass, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Sonic Advance
2. My favorite is Pokemon Emerald. Being able to explore across Hoenn and catch a variety of Pokemon, it is a more complete version of Ruby/Sapphire. It has the Battle Frontier where you can challenge yourself with numerous aspects.
