That's cool how they added the new power -Up along with the retro artstyle for Bowser Jr. If you Pre-Order 2 3DS or Wii U games and have the my Best Buy rewards you will be able to get a seven pin set at the Best Buy's that have the Mario Maker demo.

Super Mario Maker - Page 3 Button

It seems like such a pain if you want the pins since you likely need to pick up the games at that Best Buy as while.

Bowser Jr in Mario Maker? I honestly didn't expect that. I wonder what he'll do. I guess he would function like his father but likely weaker or some special gimmick. I can see him being used a lot in extremely hard levels.

The other stuff like the clown car and spiny hat power up are also neat. Hammer Bros have another thing to fear.

The site Raru has listed September 25th as the release date for Mario Maker.

    https://raru.co.za/search/mario+maker

Maybe it's true and if not I'm sure we learn the release date on Tuesday.

    Yes!
    Day before my birthday.
Gameguy, that is the same retailer who listed the Splatoon amiibo, Greninja and Jigglypuff for May 29tj before they were even announced.
I would love that release date, because my birthday is the 26th.

Well it makes perfect sense, last year's September game, Hyrule Warriors, released on September 26th. So it's basically the same time. Although I would've hoped for a bit earlier in September myself, still cool that it's right before Luma's birthday.

So the game has been renamed Super Mario Maker, which is a really weird decision in my opinion, but okay...

    EDIT: Kuribo's High Heel! XD

EDIT 2: GIANT RED HIGH HEEL IN THE CLOWN CAR

    I liked Mario Maker better.

Okay so I'm REALLY excited for this game after seeing the amazing footage today! Well...I was. Then I saw Nintendo link to a GameStop page for the game on twitter where you can preorder it, and the GameStop listing says $59.99. Face Palm!

I thought that was a placeholder, but if Nintendo themselves are tweeting it...well, I really hope it's not full price.

Well, Zero, remember, it could be bundled with that Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary amiibo.
    But that is disappointing.
Since the Canadian Dollar is falling, I expect it to be even more expensive here.

    Also, Goomba's Shoe is back?
    And with a high heel?
This game looks so good, I can't wait to share levels with you guys.

I think it will be $40 for the regular game. While it's $60 for a bundle with for 8 Bit Mario and Luigi.

Here's a new trailer. The amiibo they are will be useble are Yoshi, Luigi, Wii Fit Trainer, Kirby, Link and Isabelle

This game still looks great even if they showed the little parts a bit more.

It looks great, I just wish they didn't spend like 15 minutes on it...

I can't wait to play as Wii Fit Trainer!

^Zero you don't have a Wii Fit Trainer amiibo.

It'll be fun to play as Link and Kirby.
The game looks so much better now.

You apparently don't need any Amiibo to unlock the different characters in Super Mario Maker! Simply complete the 100 Mario Challenge to unlock each one. Source

Good, I didn't want to buy Amiibo just for that...now I can make Wii Fit Trainer Cannons! :p
