Users can create custom rules and duration of Community Tournaments.

Users can also advertise their tournaments in the Tourney Community in Miiverse.

Added functionality to post replays to YouTube. 
Replays can be viewed on YouTube and the Replay Viewing Community in Miiverse.

The Super Mario 64 remix is so good and the great news is that the person who leaked stuff in the past can no longer go into the games code.

Oh wow so it is paid DLC...these are N64 stages that haven't even been updated, AT ALL. I still just don't get why we have to pay money for them...

Regardless this is a nice update, Tournament Mode should've been in quite some time ago. The Youtube thing is cool too.
