Spoilers 1 more extra character slot and 3 more stage slots found in the 1.1.1 update

It looks like Shiny Quagsire has found some more DLC files.

The 1.1.1 Smash update has 3 empty character slots and 4 (2 Ω, 2 norm) stage slots, an increase of one each. Neat. pic.twitter.com/TughfS7fbq

I think 2 of the characters are coming soon since the files have been there since April and the other character might not drop until Spring of 2016 at the latest.

So, that could mean, they planned two, and the best on the ballot will also be added.
JUST ANNOUNCE NEW CHARACTERS ALREADY!

I honestly don't see the point of adding the slots early when you still need to fill them with future updates. It just gives people the wrong idea.

This is interesting, a guy claimed just less than a month ago about those three characters, and Pirate Ship being the last returning stage.
Pirate Ship was announced, as the image states, and a third character slot was added.
Note: The guy had no mention of Shovel Knight, the person who screenshot the the post and edited in stuff added that.

Could Wolf, Bomberman and K. Rool be on the way?

Eww, I hope it was just a coincidence, I'd be fine with Bomberman being added, but Wolf and K. Rool not so much. I don't think Bomberman is really a popular choice in the fighter ballot anyway.

How can you not like K. Rool? XD

It's not like Pirate Ship was the most wanted Brawl stage or anything. I think K Rool needs to come back in a DKC game before he enters Smash Bros and Konami would not let Bomberman in before some other characters knowing them.

Oh that's not what I meant, I like K. Rool, but I feel like he'd be a really bland character in Smash, there's not much they could do with him imo. (but if I was proven wrong I'd be perfectly fine with his addition, I do like him as a character)
