5 characters that could be playable in Super Mario Run

Yesterday we learned that Luigi, Yoshi and Toad as a my Nintendo reward will also be available to use in Super Mario Run. So here are some characters I could see joining the roster if Nintendo wants to add anymore characters down the line.

While I highly doubt Toadette will be playable due to her being the flag wavier in Toad Rally. The NPC red Toads did not stop the Toad from being playable and if Nintendo wanted they could always change the flag holder to Yellow Toad when Toadette is being used.

Since, Yoshi is playable it's possible that the final 64 DS character in Wario could make the cut. On the other hand this game is heavy on the New Super elements and Miyamoto said that Wario needed to have a fart attack to make the cut in New Super Mario Bros Wii.

Since 2013 Rosalina has been the latest staple in the Mario series appearing in many games such as Mario Kart 8, 3D World and just about every spinoff. With that said it might be difficult to include her movement and star spin in the New Super engine.

I guess Peach would not make much sense since, your goal is to save her again and Miyamoto did say they could not get her dress to work in New Super Mario Bros Wii and that she would need to float. With that said Peach would be the number 1 go to option if Nintendo where to add in a female character to the playable list.

Nabbit was a playable character in New Super Luigi U and since, then he has show up in a number of game such as Paper Jam, Mario and Sonic at the Rio games and even Mario Golf World Tour. Super Mario Run also only has the Mushroom and Star power-ups so he can be edited not to use them in exchange for a little more extra speed and due to not being able to get hit he would be the perfect character for the more casual players.
