    During Treehouse live we got a look at the roster of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

    The most likely pick would be Mii due to them being the only missing Mario Kart 8 character and they where likely locked to not spoil new amiibo outfits. With that said it could also be a new guest character like Samus or Olimar if Nintendo is moving away from the Mii characters on the Switch.
