Castlevania animated series coming to Netflix

It looks like Netflix is stepping into video game series now.

Go Nintendo wrote:- Castlevania Season 1, Part 1 will be arriving this year 
- no specific date was revealed 
- four-part season 
- each episode running for approximately 30 minutes 
- will be an adaptation of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse 
- second season will follow in 2018

I wander if this will lead to a new Castlevania game later this year and it seems like each season will only have about 4 episodes unless it really takes off.

The series stars on July 7th.



I will likely give this series the 3 episode rule before I decide if I should watch the final part and season 2 or not.

Okay so I guess I completely missed the original announcement/reveal for this so I'm completely shocked as this came out of nowhere for me. It looks pretty good though actually, I definitely might have to give it a try at least.
