Watched 1-4 episodes of Negima!? today.

It has great animation... the dub I'm listening too isn't awful... but could be a lot better.

The whole series seems way off the chain when compared to the Manga, it has no solid ground for a plot, really bad story telling... No character development... no great explanations for thing.

It's not totally bad, but I am disappointed... and I am already struggling...

I've never heard of that one. (nor have I read the manga). I assume you like the manga a lot better then right?

I suppose it could be said ether way, depending on what you'd count the "-" as.

But yeah, I did rather like the Manga, although that got a little out of my style mid-way, so I never finished it... it starts off more like Haruhi, quirky with a little plot to go with it, but then it goes full on Dragonball Z.

What do you mean the "-"?

To sum it up quickly, in my head I said "I watched 1 through 4 episodes of Negima!? today" which makes a little more sense, I suppose.

Although I guess putting "Episodes" before that works better too.

Maybe to get back on subject, what's your least favorite anime you've watched?

Well, Maburaho and Durarara were so bad I couldn't even break past one episode... although that's just my opinion.

I might watch an episode of one of those, I know it would seem strange since you said they're the worst Animes you've watched, but I want to know just how bad they are.

Well it's all opinion, you may watch it and find that you love it.

I watched School Days and many people hated the ending of it, felt it ruined the whole thing... but I loved it, I thought it was kinda creepy/cool.

I've watched 10 episodes of Haruhi Suzumiya, and I like it better than Lucky Star so far (which I previously said was my favorite anime...). So I guess it's my favorite anime now. I really like it.

Well holy crap, that's amazing Zero.

One thing I'll say about Haruhi is that it's dubbed well. Very Well. You can feel the actors trying to connect with the Japanese counterparts (you can tell this by watching the bloopers, and them being able to stay in character off script is amazing).

It's also written in a way that it isn't trying too hard to be like the original and give everything the correct culture, but nor is it over localized... It's overall brilliant.

Which bring's me back to Negima!? FUNimation is a horrible dubbing company who seems to of made an already off show even worse... They're now the modern age 4Kidz. (Watched 3 more episodes today, I was bubbling about it all over twitter)

I agree on the dub for sure! It's done very well.

Not sure if I've seen any by FUNimation...

It's funny though, I watched Soul Eater dubbed my them... and I dropped it for some reason, maybe that was subconsciously why!

I watched some of Soul Eater as well...didn't know it was dubbed by them. I also thought it was terrible, so I guess you're right. (though the manga of it was pretty good).
