Retro Studios is what RareWare used to be. I've heard rumors as well that Nintendo is trying to secure the rights back from Rare to software from Rare that was made for the N64. A LEGIT Banjo-Kazooie game it a must! All N64 Rare sequels that went on to the 360 have been utter failures.

^ Yes exactly, I haven't played Nuts & Bolts, but I did watch videos thinking I would like it since it's Banjo-Kazooie, but it looks terrible. It doesn't even really seem like a Banjo-Kazooie game.

Even the music composer for Banjo-Kazooie wants Rare to work with Nintendo again:
