Really what I don't understand is how you would use the face buttons. I know it's probably for games you wouldn't really need it for anyway, but since it's on the right, it makes me wonder how you would press those easily while using the circle pad pro.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
A new system update is out now for the Nintendo 3DS.
Likely because of this.
I'm sure the new mii quests will be out in North America in a few days.
The Mii Plaza has not been updated for North America yet.Go Nintendo wrote:
Version 6.0.0-11U available via wireless Internet connection includes the following improvements:
Save Data Backup Feature:
Users can now back up save data for downloadable versions of Nintendo 3DS software and most Virtual Console games
Improved system stability and usability:
Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience
The following, which were included within previous system updates, are not included with system menu versions 6.0.0-0U through 6.0.0-4U:
New features for the Nintendo 3DS Camera
Content for StreetPass Mii Plaza (StreetPass Squad, Garden, Battle and Mansion)
System Transfer between two Nintendo 3DS systems
The following, which were included within previous system updates, are not included with system menu versions 6.0.0-0U through 6.0.0-1U:
Addition of Internet Browser
Addition of Nintendo eShop
System Transfer from a Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL system
Likely because of this.
I'm sure the new mii quests will be out in North America in a few days.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Been waiting for the back-up data thing, Nintendo announced something about being able to do that a long time ago...
The new streetpass updates sound cool. And NA doesn't have the updates yet?

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I think there still working on the Mii Plaza shop for North America.
Anyway here are the teams that are making the Mii games.
StreetPass Garden – Grezzo (Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition)
StreetPass Mansion – Prope (Let’s Tap, Ivy the Kiwi?, Fishing Resort)
StreetPass Squad – Good-Feel (Kirby’s Epic Yarn, Wario Land: Shake It!)
StreetPass Battle – Spike Chunsoft (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward
Source
Here's a video showing the new games.
It looks like Garden is based off of Zelda, Mansion is based of Mario and Luigi, Squad is based off of Metroid and Star Fox and Battle is based off of Pokemon.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Seeing all the different hats makes me mad that my data for streetpass was erased when I got the XL, but the new games look like something I wish they had added from the beginning, definitely makes doing streetpass more worth it.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I didn't know that you actually had to pay money for those. >_> I probably won't be buying any of them, then, when they do come to NA. (and they haven't yet)

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Do you have to pay money or do you spend the streetpass coins that you get, because spending money on those seems kind of silly.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
^ You do, at least in Europe. They should've just used play coins, they're barely used for anything on the 3DS anyway.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Now at Target.com (yes, it's an online only offer) you can get a Flame Red 3DS console bundled with Paper Mario Sticker Star for a price of $180, with free shipping. I'd say this is a really good deal, if you don't have a 3DS or just want another one, as well as Sticker Star, you should take this opportunity to buy both for a cheap price.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Oh cool. So then, has anybody else purchased the streetpass games? I want to know whether they're good enough for me to buy, as they don't particularly look that great.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I've been contemplating purchasing one. I'm just not too sure which one I want. xp I have enough to purchase one I'm just not sure which one I want yet.. ^^; XD
Oh hey wait there seems to be a bundle option! Each game costs $4.99 separately: Mii Force, Flower Town, Warriors Way, & Monster Tower.
If you decide to go with the bundle option you can get all four for $14.99! O-o So yea I'll probably go that route. XD I just have to add funds to my 3DS is all. xp
[*Please note: this deal is only available when you buy your first of these games.]

Re: Nintendo 3DS
^ When I was reading the first few sentences of your post, I forgot what I had posted previously, so I thought you were talking about a 3DS.
I have $5 on my 3DS currently I believe, so unless there's some other $5 game I want, I may just get one of those. They still don't look all that fun to me, but I haven't really seen them, so I don't know.
And what deal are you talking about that's only available after your first game purchase?

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I'm talking about the 4 new Mii Plaza games: Mii Force, Flower Town, Warriors Way, & Monster Tower. If you go to purchase one your given the option of purchasing all of them at once. You only get the option when you go to purchase your first game so be careful when you go to buy one of the Mii plaza games that are available if you want to purchase all of them.
