I was able to get the game a few hours ago and I just played through the first level with Link.

The Club Nintendo pin has been moved for Wii U games starting with this game.

I guess they made this change since people where steeling the code. Though it's harder to get the pin for yourself now sadly.

Hm, don't you think they should just make it so that the code only activates when you purchase the game? That would make it easier than having to get the code from the back of where the disc is. I mean, how do you even take that thing out?

That's easy; the code is behind the sleeve featured showing info about the game is how I figure it's placed. My guess is that Gameguy is going to be removing some tape from it staying in place like that. xp

^ Oh, I didn't think about that, you're probably right actually. Damn, they really don't want you to steal those codes. XD

^Of course not. My guess is that code is worth some major coinage when redeemed in Club Nintendo. :3 (70 coins actually when I looked it up.)

Well from what I've played so far, Hyrule Warriors is really fun. I think with Hyrule Warriors they've definitely improved on previous Dynasty Warriors games from what I can tell. I've used Link, Impa, and Sheik, my favorite so far is Sheik with the Harp. She moves really quickly and the harp attacks are more interesting than the swords Link and Impa use. (I have a feeling Lana is going to be my favorite overall though)

Yea, but all your doing is going around & fighting off hordes of monsters. I played the demo at Best Buy & honestly I got bored with it about part of the way in. -_-; I guess it's a great game if your into fighting against hordes of monsters & all that.

Here's the Cia trailer and info about DLC pack 1. There's spoilers in the info for DLC pack 1 so you might not want to click on the link if you have not cleared story mode.

    http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=903998

That's cool how the first DLC pack will have you playing through Cia's story and maybe if there's any other characters added into the later DLC packs they will also get there own story.

    @Queen
Yes, I'd say 80% of the time you really are just fighting hordes of enemies. I just think the weapon and attack combos, item use, and occasional light puzzles make it more interesting, and I've had a lot of fun with it so far. But it's definitely more of a niche title so I can see where you're coming from.

    @Gameguy
And the Villain Pack is apparently FREE, which is awesome because they should've been playable anyway. Razz

No, the Villains are not a part of the first DLC pack

Also here's the info about the DLC packs.

September 30/ October 16th for everyone outside of Japan - Free
    Free playable three villains
Can turn on/off some cut-scenes. during battles

    Hyrule Warriors Master Quest:
    October 16th - 1200 Yen
    1 new Weapon
    New Scenario
    Adventure Map
    2 Costumes

    Twilight Princess
    November - 1200 Yen
    1 new character
    1 new weapon
    Adventure Map
    2 Costumes

    Majora's Mask
    January - 1200 Yen
    2 new characters
    Adventure Map
    3 new costumes

    Ganon Pack
    February - 500 Yen
    2 New Game Modes

I have no idea who the Twilight Princess character could be, I think the Majora's Mask characters will be Skull Kid and Tingle. Lastly 2 more Games Modes makes fans come back to the game and I think the DLC packs are better spaced then Mario Kart 8's.

Considering they went with Agitha as a character from TP, I have no idea who the DLC character could be from that game. Probably someone random. Maybe Rusl? I also think Skull Kid and Tingle will be the Majora's Mask characters.

I want to know what the modes are, it's great that there will be new ones. It'll make me want to play again in February if I stop playing the game.

I love how this game released half a year after Mario Kart 8, yet their DLC all comes before the Animal Crossing pack...

^ Well, the Mario Kart DLC will likely take longer, Koei Tecmo is MUCH larger than the team that developed Mario Kart 8, it makes sense that they'd get it done more quickly.

Hyrule Warriors is the kind of game you play a lot of. How many hours have those who own the game played?

I've played a little over 17 hours so far. Although I haven't really played much of the other modes, mostly just Legend Mode.

I played a little over 21 hours so fair and most of the time I was playing Legend Mode but, now that I'm done with that mode it's time for Adventure Mode.
