Oh, so 3 main villains? I knew they looked like bosses or something, but I didn't think all of them would be main villains in the game. That's pretty cool, and I like them all. I also don't think Zelda will be playable right at the beginning if she's kidnapped, but it can't take that long to get her, or it'd be pointless to have her playable. I think Midna and Impa will be playable pretty early on though.

Go Nintendo wrote:- Agitha from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- “Lana”, a new character

- Zant from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I think Lana is the girl with the blue hair on the box and Agitha is kind of a strange pick for a playable character.
More info.
Lana
- witch who wields a book of magic in battle
- can create barriers to brush away enemies
- when the barrier is broken, the shock will cause her damage
Hookshot
- can be used to reach places normally not accessible
Majora's Mask
- when you have certain strengthening items on hand, it’s possible bring down the moon as an attack.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
I wonder if Lana will ever show up in a main Zelda game now? And it's nice to see Agitha playable, but she is an odd choice from Twilight Princess. They better give me Tingle though.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Here a look at the new characters and some of the DLC outfits.
I'm likely going to use Luna then Agitha and it's cool how the Twilight Princess styles are also an option.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Why is it that they always use Twilight Princess styles for everything? I guess it's cool to see them as an option though. I hope that they are free DLC though, I won't pay for that...

Re: Hyrule Warriors
There are plenty of people that prefer the more realistic looking character designs from Twilight Princess, maybe they'll also add all the other game's Link's costumes.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
I understand that, but there are some who also prefer some of the other Zelda art styles, and they never seem to use those. Such as Wind Waker, which has my favorite art style from a Zelda game. I don't see them adding in DLC outfits from Wind Waker though.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
I don't ever see them using the Wind Waker outfits for the regular Link and Zelda since Toon Link and Toon Zelda are different characters for the most part.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Lana reminds me a lot of Fi from Skyward Sword for some reason. Must be the hair. xpGameguy wrote:

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Her hair looks nothing like Fi's though. She has her hair back in that picture and it's a bit hard to see it...maybe that's why you thought that?
I wonder if Lana will wind up being used in main Zelda games at some point too.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
No, it's cause of the jewelry in Lana's hair & the diamond design necklace that reminded me of Fi really. Also; I doubt we'll see this character in any Zelda game outside of Hyrule Warriors.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Ah, alright. And I think she may make a cameo, maybe just as a villager or something like that. I also doubt we'll see her as a main character, but it would be nice to have her show up at some point again as a reference to Hyrule Warriors.

Re: Hyrule Warriors
Don't count on it. Have you ever seen any other villager outside of Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword show up again in another video game outside of another Zelda title in the same canon series? Outside of Agitha being in the Hyrule Warrior game I've never seen her in any other game outside of Twilight Princess.Zero Revolution wrote:Ah, alright. Re: Hyrule Warriors
But that's what I mean. Lana isn't just a villager character or anything like that, she's never shown up in ANY Zelda game, and she's playable in Hyrule Warriors. So I think it's likely she'll just make a cameo appearance AS a villager in a future Zelda game, otherwise she would go completely unused other than Hyrule Warriors. Which I guess is fine too.
